Path

Lists the refund claims whose rent rentPayer paid, including other bidders' claims and claims already paid out. The wallet that paid for an outbid or cancel transaction pays the claim's rent too, and gets it back when the claim is closed.

Close a claim whose closable is true with POST /v2/tx/auctions/close-bid-refund-claim. If releasable is true, release the refund to its bidder first.
