Impact form
After your event or program concludes, we ask that you complete a short impact form within thirty days. It is a simple way for us to understand how the initiative supported Solana art and how we can improve future support for creators.
The form only takes a few minutes and is not meant to be stressful or demanding. It allows us to track cultural outcomes, understand onboarding impact and highlight your work through our platforms.
What the impact form covers
The form includes a few quick questions about:
- What took place during the event or program
- How the community engaged
- Any creators who were onboarded or involved for the first time
- What worked well
- What you would do differently next time
- Images or a short recap if available
There are no strict requirements. We simply want to understand the value created and how the Culture Fund contributed to it.

- Share insights with future applicants
- Provide transparency to the ecosystem
