Builds a transaction that closes a compressed NFT auction whose asset has been burned or moved out of escrow, returning the rent to the seller. Anyone can sign and pay as payer.

Settle auction POST

Builds the transaction that completes an ended auction. The asset goes to the winner, and the proceeds pay the marketplace fee, the creators' royalties and the seller. Anyone can sign as authority, so the winner doesn't have to wait for the seller.

Withdraw bid refund POST

Builds a transaction that pays out all of a bidder's held auction refunds in one currency (mint). The bidder signs.
